We undertake initial consultations with the local planning authority to seek to ensure, as far as possible, that a Planning Application submitted on behalf of our Clients has a reasonable prospect of receiving approval. However, success of any application, however well-prepared, cannot be guaranteed. If an Application is refused Planning Permission, we are able to advise our Clients on their rights under the appeals procedure and if appropriate, prepare and submit an appeal to the Secretary of State.
Town Planning requirements may be particularly onerous where buildings are of historic interest or located within a Conservation Area. We can advise Clients and where necessary, prepare applications for Conservation Area Consent and Listed Building Consent
