If an Application is refused Planning Permission, we are able to advise our Clients on their rights under the appeals procedure and if appropriate, prepare and submit an appeal to the Secretary of State.

Town Planning requirements may be particularly onerous where buildings are of historic interest or located within a Conservation Area. We can advise Clients and where necessary, prepare applications for Conservation Area Consent and Listed Building Consent

Dilapidations Simpson Chartered Surveyors advise both commercial Landlords and Tenants on repairing obligations and claims. This includes preparing Schedules of Dilapidations for service on Tenants both during and at the termination of the lease.
